Trading Process
      First,thank you for your coming and give Mildtrans a inqury,we will give you a quick replay in 24 hours,then I think we will make communication friendly,because we have the Competitive product,so you make a order from us,when we get your payment,we will do our best to test and pack your cargoes,and after 1-3 days your cargoes are on delivery,and after several days,you got your cargoes and you will be very satisfied.


Payment Terms
      Customes can choose any payment ways that your prefer.T/T is the most useful way.
      Please do not refuse prepay the bank charges or other handing charges when you do the payment.


Shipping Terms
      1.Most powerful shipping agency,professional and fast shipping.
        2.Delivery time is within 3-7 business days to the worldwide normally.
        3.Import duties taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.


Warranty 

      All items sold by Mildtrans have warranty period (Except some special deal), please find exact period in product description. 
      Buyers MUST contact us to send the defective items back for exchange within the warranty period. 
      Our warranty does not extended to any products that are physically damaged or that are not under normal operating conditions as a result of misuse or improper installation on the buyer/user’s part. 
      Please provide a filled Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form for each item that needs to be returned. We do not allow returns without first requesting a confirmed RMA form.(Download the RMA form) 

Refunds & Exchange Items 
Bought Wrong Item: 
      If the buyer purchased a wrong item, then the buyer may request for an exchange.           The buyer will not be eligible for a refund. 
      The buyer must inform us within the first 7 days of delivery. 
      The buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee. We will not reimburse the return shipping fee and also the price difference of the exchanged items. 
      A 30% restocking fee may be applied for all returns and exchanges at our decision. 

Shipped Wrong Item 
      If we have mistakenly shipped a wrong item, then we will reship the correct item as soon as possible. 
      The buyer must inform us within the first 7 days of delivery. 
      Depending on the type of item, we may request for photographic proof or we may request for the wrong item to be returned. We will reimburse the return shipping fee. 

Defective Item 
      If an item is a fault becomes apparent in the first 7 days of delivery, then the buyer may request for a refund (money-back) or a reship. 
      After 7 days of delivery but within the warranty period, for any faulty items, we reserve the right to request for proof that the item is faulty. Depending on the type of item, we may request for photographic proof and we may request for the item to be returned for inspection. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee. If the inspection result indicates that the item is faulty, we will repair or replace the item and responsible the reshipping fee. If the inspection result indicates that the item is not faulty, then the buyer is responsible for the reshipping fee. 
      After verification and if the buyer has requested for a refund, then we will refund the price of the item only. We will not refund the initial shipping fee. We will not reimburse the return shipping fee. 
      After verification and if the buyer has requested for a reship, then we will send out a replacement item as soon as possible. We are responsible for the reshipping fee. 

Lost Item 
      Please check and confirm the carton number, weight and units quantity with carrier according the packing list we provided when sending the goods when receive the goods, if any items missed, please inform both of the carrier and us, we will help to check and consult with the carrier. 

Out-of-Stock Item 
      If the buyer does not want to wait for an out-of-stock item and if he has paid, then we will refund ASAP. 

Cancelled Order 
      If the buyer requests to cancel an order, then we will try to intercept the order but a 50-10% of the invoice value may be applied for intercepted the order as restocking fee at our decision. 

Instruction for Returning Item 
      Please contact us to confirm the RMA form BEFORE returning the item. 
      Items without RMA form will not be accepted. 
      Pack the RMA form on the front of the package. 
      The returned item must be in original packaging. 
      The buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee. We will not reimburse the return shipping fee (unless when we have shipped the wrong item). 
      Please allow 10 business days to process your returns or exchanges. 
      We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges for any reasons.
